My Prayer
Lord,
Today marks four weeks since Corey died. My heart aches for answers. I need to know what happened to my son! Beyond the obvious, I need to know who, why, where…
Without these answers, all I can think of is how scared he must have been, how hard he fought to live, and that he came home for help.
Someone knows all of these answers! Tomorrow, I will call the detective again.
Please, God, move someone to speak up. Please, Lord, let the police have some answers. Please.
Amen.
I spoke to the detective today. I’m encouraged that they are still looking for the person(s) responsible for Corey’s death.
Pray that they continue to move forward every day toward a resolution!
