Michelle R. Norris has dedicated 35 years to the fields of Social Work and Education. Her extensive experience includes working with abused and battered women, adjudicated youth, non-traditional students in post-secondary education, and urban core youth. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development Psychology, which, combined with her background in Social Services, equips her with a unique skill set for developing a robust Board of Directors for a Non-Profit program. Additionally, her MA in Management focuses on Fundraising.

Michelle’s accolades include the 2017 Woman of Distinction Award, the House of Representatives “Glory of Missouri” award, and the Kindest Kansas Citian award. She is also a published author and an active member of the National Association of Professional Women, the National Professional Honor Society, and Non-profit Connect.
