National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) is an annual commemoration in the United States that promotes victims’ rights and services. Since 1981, NCVRW has challenged the nation to confront and remove barriers to achieving justice for all victims of crime.

During NCVRW, the accomplishments of the victims’ rights movement are celebrated and reflected upon. The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) leads communities throughout the country in their annual observances of NCVRW.

In 2024, NCVRW will be observed from April 21–27, with the theme— “How would you help? Options, services, and hope for crime survivors”.
